Founded in 1981, the International Society of Andrology (ISA) is a global organization that brings together nearly 40 national and regional member societies, representing more than 10,000 andrologists worldwide. ISA serves as an international platform for advancing the science and practice of andrology by promoting high-quality basic, translational, and clinical research in male reproductive health. Through its support of education and training, organization of the International Congress of Andrology, and collaboration with affiliated societies, ISA facilitates the exchange of knowledge across disciplines and geographic regions.

The Society is committed to fostering international collaboration, supporting emerging researchers and clinicians, and contributing to the development of consensus guidelines and evidence-based recommendations.
